Controller
For personal data processed through this website, the controller is CryptoMize / MaxiMize Infinium, reachable at mail@lithvik.com. Write to that address for any request under this page.
What is processed, and on what basis
- Enquiry form data(name, email, organisation, message) — processed on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to submit the form, solely to answer your enquiry ("necessary for purposes of the legitimate interests" also applies to follow-up on that same conversation).
- Theme preference (a single local-storage key) — stored only in your browser; the data never reaches us, so we never process it.
- Hosting request logs — processed for our legitimate interest in site security and integrity (fraud/abuse prevention, incident response), on a short rotation.
This site runs no analytics, no advertising, and no profiling, so no data is processed for those purposes.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to: be informed (this page), access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data, restrict or object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email mail@lithvik.com.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as the enquiry and any resulting engagement require; hosting logs rotate on a short operational cycle. Nothing is retained beyond those purposes.
Recipients and transfers
Personal data from this site is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Where infrastructure providers process data strictly on our instructions (for example hosting and email delivery), they are bound by contractual safeguards; personal data is not transferred outside an adequate legal basis.
